5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐or more! for Howard, our new maintenance manager! My pilot light went out Saturday and I was hesitant to call due to past issues with "maintenance". Thought I could get through until Monday but the temp dropped
too low. I couldn't handle it
so I gave in and called the after hours number on Sunday. Howard answered quickly (versus NO answer with previous "maintenance"), said that he would be right out. He was, with a smile and a great attitude, as all employees working with the public should be! He lit the pilot light, stayed a bit to make sure it was working and left with a gracious manner. Thank you Howard and THANK YOU FOR KEEPING THE POOL CLEAN AND WARM!! That's the way we old folks like it! Kudos to you! Keep up the great work! And thank you again!
