The Office Staff at Lakeside Village (1580 W 3940 S, SLC, UT), are phenomenal and service oriented and the folks who continuously work hard to maintain the beautiful landscape surrounding the units are very nice and courteous. Lakeside Village boasts of its beautiful landscaped surrounding it, and the quick response of both the office staff and the maintenance crew when something does not work or needs to be fixed. I enjoyed my residency at Lakeside Village apartments - excellent location- beautiful landscaping- apartments are very spacious and clean with laundry hook up inside the apartment or opt to use Lakeside laundry facilities - the recreation room is huge with a kitchen - swimming pool area is very nice and management is awesome

We have really enjoyed living here and plan to continue. The apartments really look a lot better now that they've been cleaned and painted. We also appreciate adding some picnic patios and grills on the property. It looks nice and provides a nice service. The property is generally quiet and peaceful. Sometimes you can hear things going on in other apartments, but it's not bad. The worst is when one of my back neighbors play loud music and all I can hear is the bass beating off the walls in my office. Again, that's not frequent so it's not a big issue. I haven't been in any better apartments (as far as noise is concerned). They all have some issues with noise from your neighbors, but this community is very peaceful overall and we enjoy it. The staff here are also kind and helpful when we have questions. I appreciate their work.
