This place has been a great place to live. We have enjoyed game night, bingo, continental breakfast on Saturdays and so many other events. The people that live here, make you feel welcome. The staff is absolutely the best! Karli, Bridgette and maintenance Brent are all very helpful and just dang fun to be around. Quiet area with lots of trees, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A beautiful pond with ducks. Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub is a great added touch. Spacious 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are very comfortable and roomy. We do look forward to the calendar on our door the first of each month with the whole month of activities available to each and every one of us. We stay active and that is much appreciated.

This is still a wonderful place to live, we really enjoy the interactions that we have had with our office staff (Karli and Bridget) they take great care of all of us and with all of our neighbors in this area. Thank you, Jerry Compton.

If you are looking for a place to have fun, meet new people, play games and laugh, well this is the place. We have been here a little over 6 months and I have to say, we have had a lot of fun. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The office staff and maintenance are always ready to help, wherever they can. You will not find a better staff at any property than Karli, Bridgette and Brent. The property is always well taken care of and clean. A safe quiet area. We have game night, bingo, continental breakfast on Saturdays and like I said just a lot of fun. So if you are looking for the right place, this is it.

The leasing staff are friendly and professional and the property is beautiful and secluded and quiet.

I love living here. The property is well kept, the activities are fun and my neighbors are wonderful. Most of all, Karli is so professional as well as friendly with all of us. She is just as helpful to me living here as she was when I came to look at the property. ♥️👍

Residents we've come in contact with are very friendly. Grounds are well maintained & beautiful. Office staff are amazing! A quiet community we're happy to call home!

We have really enjoyed living here and plan to continue. The apartments really look a lot better now that they've been cleaned and painted. We also appreciate adding some picnic patios and grills on the property. It looks nice and provides a nice service. The property is generally quiet and peaceful. Sometimes you can hear things going on in other apartments, but it's not bad. The worst is when one of my back neighbors play loud music and all I can hear is the bass beating off the walls in my office. Again, that's not frequent so it's not a big issue. I haven't been in any better apartments (as far as noise is concerned). They all have some issues with noise from your neighbors, but this community is very peaceful overall and we enjoy it. The staff here are also kind and helpful when we have questions. I appreciate their work.
