The apartment complex is located at the end of a street so there is no through traffic. This keeps it quiet and, I feel, safer. I enjoy living here, they offer many activities such as Saturday morning breakfasts, pot luck get togethers, game night and bingo. it is well maintained and any problems are taken care of in a timely manner.

Best office staff. Best maintenance service. Best green area. Best pool area. Best duck pond. Best new Fountains.

We have really enjoyed the couple months we have been here for my job. We were hoping to find some place with a “home-y” feel. The property is secluded and quiet, and the apartment itself is well-built and spacious. The covered parking is a bonus! Nice office staff as well! Great place to call home!

I stumbled upon Lakeside Village, and knew instantly this was home! The property is nestled at the end of a residential neighborhood. Covered parking is around the perimeter for maximum green space at the center of the property consisting of lush, green grass, walkways, mature trees and a duck pond! The beautifully appointed office is adjacent to the pool and hot tub area, with the friendliest office staff you could hope for! We were looking for great neighbors in a clean, comfortable, quiet community, and found it here!

Safe to say these apartments are choice above all the land. It also features a great and spacious courtyard. It has been cool living here, chill staff too we love them

This is the best Apt complex I have ever lived at. The staff is friendly and any maintenance issues are resolved quickly usually the same day. My wife and I feel safe and secure living here

The office staff here is cheerful and helpful to the residents. The maintenance man is a hard worker, always with a cheerful demeanor. The grounds are kept nicely. And my neighbors are quiet and most of them are kind. If the rents weren't going up so much. and I were remaining in the area, I'd want to continue to live here.

I have lived at Lakeside Village apartments for over 3 years. Today I again attended one of their "potluck" dinners. Most of the meal was from residents. Very good food! The sliced ham, rolls, butter, and drinks (bottled water, bottled lemonade and soft drinks) were supplied by the management. Along with paper plates, plastic utensils, napkins, etc. The residents brought plenty of good quality food. And we all enjoyed good conversations with each other. When the meal was over, the managers put away various items, and were sweeping and mopping before closing time. As I left in my power wheelchair (another woman was also in a power wheelchair) the place was almost clean again and ready for tomorrow's brunch. .( Each Saturday morning provided by the management.) Because of medical issues I do not get out to activities often. But when I do, I really enjoy them! And everyone I meet says the same! IF you are over 55, this is a great place to live.

I love living here. Super cute apartments and nice people. Really quiet and peaceful. It has a cute little village feel. The rent is actually pretty reasonable too. This 55+ community is great. You'll love it here.
